About me

I am a qualified CBT/REBT therapist Accredited with the National Counselling Society; I have such a passion for helping people to reach a more peaceful and contented place in their life.

Watching my clients come away from the therapy lighter and able to face challenges in life is greatly satisfying

I fully believe in CBT not only because it is evidenced based and is a successful therapy, but I have personal experience of it working on myself and many many clients. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship, my sessions are focused on what you want from therapy, the environment is compassionate, caring and non-judgmental, I believe you need to feel safe and free to be yourself in the sessions to truly allow your journey.

Although I follow a CBT/REBT framework, all sessions are personalised for each client, we are all individual and I incorporate other therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy & Mindfulness into the sessions as and when they are needed.
